Agricultural Farm

Students in Secondary at Victory College can choose to study Agriculture as an elective. They will learn farming practices on our own agricultural plot adjacent to the school grounds.

The students also learn animal husbandry practices with our cattle and hens. We have cattle yards as part of our precinct to ensure safe handling of the animals. Our students take part in annual camps for the regional Hook & Hoof competition and show cattle at the annual Gympie Show in May each year.

Under guidance and management from specialist agriculture teachers, the College plants seasonal crops for students to grow and harvest. These crops are also used within our hospitality courses.
