A part of the Victory complex Chatz café opened in 2007 and was the vision of Pastor George Miller to offer Gympie resident’s great coffee, great food and great service in a beautiful environment, for a good cause. Profits from the café are directed to the Victory Missions program run in PNG. Funding is used to build schools, run medical clinics and provide building materials for local churches.So not only do you get to enjoy a great meal you also leave knowing your money is going to help provide much needed care to some of the remotest villages in PNG.As well as being a fully operational gourmet café, Chatz café is also a part of the College Vocational Program where students can choose to complete a hospitality traineeship.

The café is open Monday to Friday 9am-4pm and serves some of the best coffee and food in town. The venue is ideally suited for large group bookings.
