As the Senior Pastor for Victory Church and Victory College, I take the role as Pastor and as Managing Director both very seriously. The vision I have for the College is to be a provider of great education as well as Christian teaching laying the foundations in young peoples lives so that they can go on to be successful in their chosen fields.

Human spirit must be nurtured as well as the mind and our curriculum provides time for both. Chapel is an important part of College life for all students from Prep through to Year 12 as is pastoral care and as the Pastor my door is always open to students and families for whatever reason.

Tolerance and respect for the laws, others and their beliefs and our elders are something much of our society and youth is sadly missing these days.

At Victory College these principles are firmly upheld and are both demonstrated and expected from students, teachers, parents and administrative staff. I believe this is why we have such a positive College culture with very little behaviour challenges amongst our students. I have seen even the most challenging of young people turn their lives around.
