The College employs approximately 75 staff across Primary and Secondary College and provides opportunities for non-teaching staff in administration, teacher support and support services (canteen, maintenance, transport, grounds and cleaning).
Benefits of employment at Victory College:
Due to increased enrolments and staff movement, Victory College is currently seeking suitably qualified secondary teachers for full-time teaching positions. The ability to teach these subjects will be advantageous:
We are looking for applicants with a demonstrated ability to encourage, educate and equip our students in achieving their personal best and have a commitment to our College values.
The continued success of our College depends greatly on dedicated Christian staff members who integrate their faith into the values and behaviours of their personal and community life. A commitment to the Christian gospel and active church involvement is therefore essential.
Victory College welcomes expressions of interest in Supply Teaching (teachers and teacher aides) at any time during the year. See below to download information on the process.
Applicants will be subject to employment screening, including checks with the Queensland College of Teachers and the Commission for Children and Young People & Child Guardian. Applicants for academic positions must have current QCT registration and all non-teaching applicants must hold a current Blue Card or be eligible to obtain a Blue Card upon commencement.
The College welcomes and encourages parent volunteers to become involved in College life by assisting in various learning programs.
If you are interested in becoming part of the Victory College team in either administration or teaching or as a volunteer please send your CV to email@example.com.
