The College employs approximately 75 staff across Primary and Secondary College and provides opportunities for non-teaching staff in administration, teacher support and support services (canteen, maintenance, transport, grounds and cleaning).

Applicants will be subject to employment screening, including checks with the Queensland College of Teachers and the Commission for Children and Young People & Child Guardian. Applicants for academic positions must have current QCT registration and all non-teaching applicants must hold a current Blue Card or be eligible to obtain a Blue Card upon commencement.
